Q: Dear Judy: 我買了您所寫的　百歲醫師教我的育兒寶典 有關於讓嬰兒趴睡的詳情　仍有不解之處　盼您能解說 在嬰兒床墊上鋪上四條棉質浴巾 是鋪上四層嗎? 還是橫放四條浴巾？ 浴巾上再包上一層床單 是薄床單 還是鋪棉床單？床單是否會怕不吸水？（之前有枕頭不吸水問題） 小嬰兒是否需要睡枕頭？　還是讓他直接趴在浴巾上就可以？ 如果讓嬰兒睡在大人的床墊上 但在床墊上鋪上浴巾讓他趴睡 是否也可以？ 麻煩您　Thank you very much 您的讀者 Joy Lin A: Dear Joy,  I'm glad you wrote me. For the bed, 是鋪上四層, 不是橫放四條浴巾. 確定浴巾與薄床單都是百分之百純棉,薄床單必須緊緊包覆浴巾和床墊.　床單若是 純棉的,任何的液體都可以被吸收.　You can test it yourself. 寶寶不需要枕頭尤其是要趴睡的寶寶.　但我也不 建議讓寶寶直接睡在浴巾上,因為床單是平的但是浴巾是有毛的. 若是要讓寶寶 睡在大人的床上,也是要在床單下鋪上四層浴巾,一樣確定床單也是要純棉,而且要包緊 不能有皺摺. For the baby's bed, layer the four all-cotton towels on top of the mattress (not the bed frame). Then pull a sheet over the towels and mattress tightly, with no wrinkles. It should be very comfortable. Congratulations! Babies are wonderful gifts from God. Judy (Make sure the towels and the sheets are 100% cotton. The sheet should wrap over and around the towels and mattress, tightly. It should be a light sheet. If the sheet is 100% cotton, any liquid will automatically be absorbed into the towels. You can test it yourself. Babies do NOT need pillows, especially if they are going to 趴睡. I don't recommend letting babies sleep directly on top of towels because a sheet is a flat surface, which will help babies breathe and towels are furry. If you want to let your baby sleep on the adults' bed, you can layer the four towels under the adult's bed sheet. Again, it should be a very light sheet and both towel and sheet should be 100% cotton. And the sheet should be pulled tightly, no wrinkles.)
