Q: 我是要跟妳說聲謝謝！ 我的寶寶已經能一覺到天亮了！(After 8 days’ training) 但是現在還有個問題是她一定要抱著搖搖睡。 請問是不是餵完奶之後玩一玩她若是想睡就把她放上小床趴著睡？ 對了！我的寶寶他已經2個月大了。 Catherine Ho A: Hi Catherine, 很高興妳的寶寶可以一覺到天亮了。 是的！當我跟寶寶玩後發現她想睡覺或是一副坐立難安的樣子時，我就會把她放上她自己的小床。讓她自行入睡而且不搖擺她。然後我會確定房間是安靜且關上燈後再關上門。經過如此的訓練，我的寶寶大約都哭不到5分鐘後就可以自己入睡。 希望我的經驗可以幫到妳。 Judy   (I am so happy your baby is already sleeping through the night. As to your question, yes, AFTER I've played with the baby and when I see that the baby is sleepy and starting to get fussy, I put her into bed by herself, without rocking her. I make sure the room is dark and quiet and I close the door. After training, all my babies cry for less that five minutes before falling asleep on their own. Hope this is helpful.
